QUARTERLY SERVICE (our most popular) begins with an intensive, initial pest control treatment, consisting of the following:

Interior
accessible attic areas
kitchen & bath plumbing penetrations
baseboards/crack & crevices
​
Exterior
around all first floor entry points (doors & windows)
weep holes and exterior wall plumbing/pipe penetrations
around the foundation of the structure
​
After the intensive initial service is complete, subsequent treatments will occur every 3 months, unless pest issues arise in the interim.
(NOTE - Although the pest control needs of each structure are different, we are confident that our products will gain control of most pest issues within the first 14-21 days of initial application, and we back our QUARTERLY SERVICE with a conditional warranty as well.)
